MD. FAKRUL ISLAM
Mr. Md. Fakrul Islam was born in Companigonj in the district of Noakhali.
He hailed from a noble and respectable family. Being graduated from
Chittagong University in 1990, Mr. Md. Fakrul Islam started business and
succeeded in every sphere of Real Estate Business due to his hard labour,
honesty and sincerity. At the inception, he started a land project under
the name “Green Real Estate Ltd” and successfully handed over more than
100 acre of land at DND, Agargoan, kafrul of Dhaka city.
There after he established “Dhanmondi Garden Apartment Ltd” and “Garden
View Consortium Ltd”. Being the pioneer of Real Estate Business he
successfully handed over a large number of residential and commercial
buildings.
Mr. Md. Fakrul Islam, a well-composed gentleman, earned a lot of fame in
his young age as an honest businessman. He is also widely concerned with
various social activities. Beside his busy schedule with Real Estate
Business, he is stepping ahead with socio-economic welfare of penniless
and rootless people.
To contribute effectively in solving housing problem of Bangladesh, he
established “METRO HOMES LTD” and within a short time has made its
position among the leaders of Real Estate Sector in Bangladesh.

ISLAM
Architect Md. Aminul Islam being a member of “Institute of Architect
Bangladesh” was born in a respective Muslim family in Burichang in the
district of Comilla.He completed his S.S.C and H.S.C programme from
Comilla board. After that he obtained his Architectural Degree from BUET
in 1995.
Thereafter he joined as Architect in “Garden View Consortium Ltd” a
widely reputed Real Estate Developer Company of the country. He
contributed effectively with the plan and design for the best
utilization of building space.
Now Architect Md. Aminul Islam, being the Executive director of “Metro
Homes Ltd”, is looking after the construction, plan and quality control
department. His honesty, sincerity and wise direction helped “Metro
Homes Ltd” to establish herself as one of the best developer company in
Bangladesh.

MANAGER
JALALUDDIN AHMED
Jalaluddin
Ahmed was born in a respectable family at Sonagazi, Feni. He was
graduated from Chittagong University in 1969. After completion of his
Chartered Accountancy (C.A) course in 1974, he started his career as the
Chief Accounts Manager in “Dhaka Glass Works”; a former Enterprise of
BCIC.
Thereafter, in 1982 Mr. Ahmed joined as the “General Manager-Commercial
& Accounts” in a group of Industries; Steel Mills, Re-Rolling Mills,
Oxygen Generating Plant and contributed effectively for the development
& well being of the company.
Mr. Ahmed has participated an “Executive Program on Management & Import
Trade” held in Singapore in 1997.
In August 2002, Mr Ahmed joined in “Garden View Consortium Ltd” a
reputed Real Estate Developer Company as Manager and served the company
up to January 06 with the entire satisfaction of the authority.
Presently, Mr. Jalaluddin Ahmed is serving “Metro Homes Ltd” as a
General Manager. His vast experiences helped the Company to be on the
true spirit .His guideline & effective management established “Metro
Homes Ltd” as one of the reputed Real Estate Company.

GENERAL MANAGER
Engineer Md. Altaf
Hossain
Engineer Md. Altaf Hossain being member of the “Institute of Engineers”
and “Forum of Engineer & Architect”, was born in a respective Muslim
family in Singra in the District of Natore .He completed his S.S.C and
H.S.C programme from Rajshahi board. After that he obtained his BSc
Engineering Degree in the field of Civil Engineering from Rajshahi
University of Engineering and Technology (RUET).
Engineer Md. Altaf Hossain also completed his MBA from South East
University. After that he joined “Turms Real Estate Ltd” as an Asst.
Engineer. Then he joined in “KEARI Ltd” as Manager Customer Service.
Presently Engineer Md. Altaf Hossain is serving in “Metro Homes Ltd” as
a Deputy General Manager (DGM). Being honest, sincere and responsible,
his effective working plan has further accelerated the tempo of “Metro
Homes Ltd”.
