Mr. Md. Fakrul Islam was born in Companigonj in the district of Noakhali.
He hailed from a noble and respectable family. Being graduated from
Chittagong University in 1990, Mr. Md. Fakrul Islam started business and
succeeded in every sphere of Real Estate Business due to his hard labour,
honesty and sincerity. At the inception, he started a land project under
the name “Green Real Estate Ltd” and successfully handed over more than
100 acre of land at DND, Agargoan, kafrul of Dhaka city.
There after he established “Dhanmondi Garden Apartment Ltd” and “Garden
View Consortium Ltd”. Being the pioneer of Real Estate Business he
successfully handed over a large number of residential and commercial
buildings.
Mr. Md. Fakrul Islam, a well-composed gentleman, earned a lot of fame in
his young age as an honest businessman. He is also widely concerned with
various social activities. Beside his busy schedule with Real Estate
Business, he is stepping ahead with socio-economic welfare of penniless
and rootless people.
To contribute effectively in solving housing problem of Bangladesh, he
established “METRO HOMES LTD” and within a short time has made its
position among the leaders of Real Estate Sector in Bangladesh.

Architect Md. Aminul Islam being a member of “Institute of Architect
Bangladesh” was born in a respective Muslim family in Burichang in the
district of Comilla.He completed his S.S.C and H.S.C programme from
Comilla board. After that he obtained his Architectural Degree from BUET
in 1995.
Thereafter he joined as Architect in “Garden View Consortium Ltd” a
widely reputed Real Estate Developer Company of the country. He
contributed effectively with the plan and design for the best
utilization of building space.
Now Architect Md. Aminul Islam, being the Executive director of “Metro
Homes Ltd”, is looking after the construction, plan and quality control
department. His honesty, sincerity and wise direction helped “Metro
Homes Ltd” to establish herself as one of the best developer company in
Bangladesh.
